Case - Burj Khalifa Landmark|Asana Tool| Project Management

 In this project, I was engaged with my team in organizing and managing the research aspects of the Burj Khalifa landmark project using Asana - web-based project management tool. We structured setup in Asana to track all major deliverables, project timelines, and costs, incorporating team collaboration effectively. This included compiling historical data to establish a clear timeline and budget projection, presenting progress reports, and conducting a post-project audit and evaluation to assess the success and challenges of the Burj Khalifa project, connecting these findings with strategic business objectives.

Markstrat Marketing Simulation (Firm T)| Marketing Strategy

Our team participated in the Markstrat simulation an experiential learning platform that put us in charge of a fictional company (Firm T) in a dynamic, competitive marketplace.  

We conducted in-depth market analysis, segmenting consumers into High Earners, Shoppers, Explorers, and Savers to guide product strategy. Using perceptual maps and regression analysis, we launched new products (TEST & TECH), optimized our salesforce and advertising mix, and continuously adapted to competitors through real-time insights.  

We sustained market leadership across key metrics while learning to balance data-driven decisions, agile execution, and long-term strategic vision in a dynamic market environment.

Belto – AI-Powered Solutions|Product Idea|Entreprenurship Management

 In today’s fast-moving world, businesses and students face challenges with document management, ESG tracking, and form-filling. Belto simplifies these tasks with AI-driven automation, saving time and improving efficiency. However, the rise of AI in education has created a gap between students and teachers, as generic AI tools lack lecture-specific content, leaving educators with less control. With 86% of students using AI, there’s a need for smarter, more structured solutions. Belto AI 1.0 addresses this by providing tailored content through Belto Doc, ESG, and Form, ensuring accuracy and relevance. The admin portal empowers educators to guide AI-generated content, while watermarking technology builds trust in AI-driven learning. Operating on a subscription-based model, Belto serves businesses, students, and professionals through direct sales and partnerships. A strong go-to-market strategy supports digital outreach and enterprise adoption. With growing demand for AI-powered tools, Belto is set to expand, innovate, and redefine productivity.

Data-Analytics Project|Tableau Analysis of USA Housing Dataset

In this project, I applied data analytics and visualization techniques using Tableau to analyze real estate trends. I began by cleaning and preprocessing the data, handling missing values, detecting outliers, and standardizing numerical fields to ensure accuracy. Using exploratory data analysis (EDA), I created a scatter plot to examine the correlation between income and house prices, confirming that higher-income areas tend to have more expensive homes. A bubble chart helped me assess the impact of population density on pricing, revealing that other factors beyond population influence house values. The histogram provided insights into price distribution, identifying the most common pricing ranges. A box & whisker plot highlighted price variance across different bedroom counts, showing stable pricing in 3-5 bedroom homes and extreme fluctuations in luxury properties. Lastly, a heatmap helped identify key correlations between variables, showing how income and the number of bedrooms impact housing prices. This project demonstrates my ability to apply data analytics techniques for trend identification, market segmentation, and data-driven decision-making in the real estate sector.

Reimagining Coca-Cola Company | Corporate Strategy Simulation

Collaborated with a cross-functional MBA team to develop a forward-looking strategy for The Coca-Cola Company. Simulated executive leadership roles to address evolving market dynamics and consumer trends. Applied frameworks including Zenger’s Three Sights, Porter’s Five Forces, and performance scorecards. Proposed a strategic shift from legacy soda branding to a data-driven wellness and DTC-focused portfolio. Tackled real-world challenges like brand fatigue, regulatory pressure, and digital disruption. Legacy isn’t a moat, agility is. We positioned Coca-Cola to win through speed, purpose, and strategic coherence.

Strategic Transformation for T&S Die Cutting – Capstone Project | Management Synthesis

Partnered with a 40-year-old precision packaging manufacturer to deliver a digital-first growth strategy that preserved its legacy while driving scalability.
